West Virginia Infectious Disease and Immunization Summit

June 13 and 14, 2024
The Annual West Virginia Infectious Disease and Immunization Summit is an educational event targeted towards public and private sector organizations with an interest in learning about infectious diseases and improving immunization rates in West Virginia. We are pleased to partner again this year with the Office of Epidemiology and Prevention Services to hold this two-day conference. Sessions at the 2024 Summit will be targeted toward healthcare and public health professionals, educators, students, business leaders, and others.

There are different registration options available. Attendees can register for one or both days of the conference, with discounted rates for early and bundle registrations. Prices will increase after May 15, 2024. Online registration will be closed on June 10, 2024 or when capacity for the conference center has been reached.
June 13, 2024: Infectious Disease Public Health Training: “An Infectious Disease Medley: A multi-program approach to an infection control breach.” This training will be held at the Summersville Arena and Conference Center from 8:30am to 4:30pm. There is a separate registration for this training opportunity or a bundle registration to include the Immunization Summit.
June 14, 2024: Annual Immunization Summit. This training will be held at the Summersville Arena and Conference Center from 8am to 4:30pm.
Annual WIN Awards Luncheon will be held at the Summersville Arena and Convention Center during the Immunization Summit on June 14th from 11:45am – 1:15 pm. Those wishing to purchase tickets for other guests, may purchase tickets to the Awards Luncheon for $30.00. For more information about the Annual Awards Event or to submit a nomination.
Registration Fees:
* If registration numbers meet the capacity of the Summersville Conference Center, registration will close early, and no on-site registrations will be accepted. You are encouraged to register early, as we did meet capacity in 2023.
Infectious Disease Public Health Training
- Advanced registration (until May 15, 2024); $60 for June 13th only (includes breakfast and lunch)
- On-site Registration: $120 for June 13th only (includes breakfast and lunch)
- Student Rates: $35 for June 13th only (includes lunch)
Immunization Summit
- Advanced registration (until May 15, 2024): $70 for June 14th only (includes Awards Lunch);
- On-Site Registration: $140 for June 14th only (includes Awards Lunch);
- Student Rates: $35 for June 14th only (includes Awards Lunch);
- Awards Luncheon Ticket for additional guests not registered for the Immunization Summit: $30
Bundle Registration 2024 Infectious Disease and Immunization Summit
- Advanced registration (until May 15, 2024): $120 (includes breakfast and lunch both days)
- On-Site registration: $250 (includes breakfast and lunch both days)
- Student rates: $70 (includes breakfast and lunch both days)
