2022 West Virginia Immunization Summit

The Annual West Virginia Immunization Summit is an educational event targeted towards public and private sector organizations with an interest in improving immunization rates in West Virginia.  Sessions at the 2022 Immunization Summit are targeted toward healthcare and public health professionals, educators, students, business leaders, and others with the goal of reducing vaccine-preventable diseases in West Virginia.

Annual WIN Awards Luncheon and Celebration of WIN’s 25th Anniversary will be held at the Summersville Arena and Convention Center during the Immunization Summit on June 10th from 11:45am to 1:15pm. Lunch is included in the price of the conference registration. Those wishing to purchase tickets for other guests, may purchase tickets to the Awards Luncheon for $25.  For more information about the Annual Awards Event or to submit a nomination, please click here.

A Pre-Conference Opportunity will be held on June 9th, 2022 at the Summersville Arena and Convention Center. This includes training on Using Motivational Interviewing to Improve Vaccine Uptake. Two sessions available will be available: 9:00 am – noon or 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm and are limited to 30 participants each. Registration for the pre-conference opportunities is separate from the Immunization Summit Registration. Click here to register for a pre-conference session.

Registration Fees:

• Advanced registration (until June 3rd, 2022): $50 for June 10th only (includes Awards Lunch);
• On-Site Registration: $75 for June 10th only (includes Awards Lunch);
• Student Rates: $30 for June 10th only (includes Awards Lunch);
• Awards Luncheon Ticket for additional guests not registered for the Immunization Summit: $25
