The Center for Rural Health Development, Inc. is recruiting for the position of Program Manager for the West Virginia Immunization Network (WIN). WIN is a statewide coalition dedicated to ensuring that all West Virginians are protected from the consequences of vaccine-preventable diseases.

WIN focuses its work on improving childhood, adolescent and adult vaccination rates in West Virginia through the use of evidenced-based public health interventions. The Program Manager will be responsible for providing coordination of various programmatic aspects of WIN by working with other partners, including the WV Division of Immunization Services, WIN members, health and public health professionals, policy makers and others who share WIN’s vision.

Applicants for the position should have a master’s degree in health care administration, public health, education, business/public administration, or related field and a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in health care, public health or related field. Recent active participation with WIN is a plus. The Program Manager position is writing intensive and must be able to write for a variety of audiences including healthcare providers and the general public.

The Program Manager will be based at the Center’s offices in Hurricane, WV, or may work remotely within West Virginia. Some travel within West Virginia is required.

Salary will be based on experience and qualifications.  The Center provides employee benefits comparable to business standards in West Virginia.
