The Annual West Virginia Immunization Summit is an action-oriented event targeted toward public and private sector organizations with an interest in addressing and resolving immunization issues in West Virginia. Various sessions at the Summit will be targeted toward healthcare and public health professionals, educators, students, business leaders, consumers, and others interested in reducing vaccine-preventable diseases in West Virginia.
Conference Details:
Day 1: Thursday, June 11th, 9:00 am – 4:30 pm
Awards Luncheon: Thursday, June 11th, 12:00 pm – 1:30 pm
Day 2: Friday, June 12th, 8:00 am – 12:00 pm

Registration Fees:
Advance Registration (until June 6th): $60 for June 13th only (includes Awards Lunch); $40 for June 14th only; or $90 for both days (includes Awards Lunch on Day 1)
On-site Registration: $70 for June 13th only (includes Awards Lunch); $50 for June 14th only; or $110 for both days (includes Awards Lunch on Day 1) On-site registrants must pay by check.
Student Rates: $30 for June 13th only (includes Awards Lunch); $20 for June 14th only; or $45 for both days (includes Awards Lunch on Day 1)
Awards Luncheon Ticket For those not registering for the Immunization Summit and for additional guests: $25
Scholarships:
A limited number of scholarships to cover 50% of the registration fee are available for those who need it at this time. If you would like to request one of these scholarships, please email the WIN Program Manager stating the number of scholarships requested and the reason for requesting this scholarship.
