Clinic Poster: Staying Up to Date on COVID-19 Shots (Adult) (Limit 25) This 11 by 17 poster is designed to be displayed in clinic waiting and exam rooms to encourage patients to ask about COVID-19 vaccination and if they are due for a vaccine.

Clinic Poster: Staying Up to Date on COVID-19 Shots (Child) (Limit 25)
 This 11 by 17 poster is designed to be displayed in clinic waiting and exam rooms to encourage parents to ask about COVID-19 vaccination and if their child(ren) are due for a vaccine.

Hepatitis B: This 11 x 17 poster is designed to be used in clinics to inform patients about protecting themselves from hepatitis B through vaccination.

HPV Infection and Oral Cancer Brochure: The HPV Infection and Oral Cancer Brochure is designed to be displayed in clinics to inform patients about HPV infection and the association of HPV infection with several types of cancer.

MyIR Business Card Holder (Quantity 1) (Limit 1): MyIR Business card holders are used to display MyIR portal promotional business cards in patient waiting areas or exam rooms.

MyIR Promotional Business Cards (Quantity 250 per lot) (Limit 1): These business cards are intended for display in patient waiting areas or exam rooms to inform West Virginians about their ability to access their immunization records through the MyIR portal.

Breakaway Lanyard with ID Badge Holder (Limit one per employee in your clinic.)
These are designed to be worn by healthcare providers and other healthcare and public health professionals to encourage patients to ask about COVID-19 vaccination. Lanyards have a break away snap at back of neck.

Non-breakaway Lanyard with ID Badge Holder (Limit one per employee in your clinic.)
These are designed to be worn by healthcare providers and other healthcare and public health professionals to encourage patients to ask about COVID-19 vaccination. These lanyards DO NOT break away at back of neck.

Adolescent Immunization Postcard, Assorted ( Limit 200 )
These are general adolescent immunization postcards. They contain white space on the back in which labels with specific information about upcoming immunization clinics and school immunization requirements, etc. could be attached and sent home with students and/or patients.

Healthcare Worker Influenza Vaccination Toolkit ( Limit 3 )
This toolkit is designed for use by healthcare facilities to encourage influenza vaccination for healthcare workers. It includes a large thermometer-style poster to illustrate the flu vaccination rate among healthcare workers in the facility, smaller posters with fill-in areas to note upcoming employee vaccination clinics, stickers for those who were vaccinated at the clinic, and tear-off sheets about the importance of influenza vaccination for healthcare employees.

Faces of Vaccine-Preventable Diseases DVD ( Limit 5 )
This DVD includes the stories of five families who have experienced the consequences of diseases that could’ve been prevented by vaccines: Meningitis, Pertussis, Varicella, and Influenza. The DVD can be used in classrooms, clinic waiting rooms, and other locations. The individual videos can be found online here

Someone You Love: The HPV Epidemic DVD ( Limit 1 )
Someone You Love reveals just how dangerous HPV can be, causing six different types of cancers in both men and women. Following five brave women’s stories who are afflicted by HPV and cervical cancer, the film also interviews some of the world’s top experts on the common disease, HPV. WIN owns a statewide license for screenings in WV. You can request this video here if you would like to use this video for a screening in your community or in your class.
WIN has also developed a high school curriculum to accompany the use of Someone You Love: The HPV Epidemic in the classroom. This curriculum was developed by a West Virginia health teacher and can be downloaded with additional materials click here
