The West Virginia Immunization Network is pleased to announce that once again, the Infectious Disease and Immunization Summit conference will be held in partnership with the WV Office of Epidemiology and Prevention Services. This annual event will be take place May 14-15, 2026, in Summersville, West Virginia, and we hope you will join us!
The Summit will be an action-oriented event targeted toward a wide variety of both public and private organizations with an interest in addressing and resolving immunization or emerging infectious disease issues in West Virginia. The conference will be held at the Summersville Arena and Conference Center, in Summersville, West Virginia.
Applications to sponsor, advertise, and/or exhibit at the 2026 Infectious Disease and Immunization Summit are now available. Your 2026 exhibit or sponsorship will include both days of the conference.
Participants are anticipated to include representatives from local health departments, hospitals, community health centers, schools and school-based health centers, pharmacies, private physician offices, universities and colleges, primary and secondary schools, businesses and others interested in infectious disease response and vaccinations. WIN envisions a future in which all West Virginian’s will be protected from vaccine-preventable diseases and other emerging public health threats. The Annual Infectious Disease and Immunization Summit provides an opportunity for individuals from a variety of fields to focus on strategies for protecting West Virginians from vaccine-preventable and infectious diseases in West Virginia.
