The Annual West Virginia Infectious Disease and Immunization Summit is an educational event targeted towards public and private sector organizations with an interest in learning about infectious diseases and improving immunization rates in West Virginia.  We are pleased to partner again this year with the Office of Epidemiology and Prevention Services to hold this two-day conference.  Sessions at the 2025 Summit will be targeted toward healthcare and public health professionals, educators, students, business leaders, and others.

The 2025 conference agendas, continuing education, and lodging information will be available soon.

There are different registration options available.  Attendees can register for one or both days of the conference, with discounted rates for early and bundle registrations.  Prices will increase after March 31, 2025.  Online registration will be closed on June 6, 2025 or when capacity for the conference center has been reached.

Annual WIN Awards Luncheon will be held at the Summersville Arena and Convention Center during conference on June 13.  Those wishing to purchase tickets for other guests, may purchase tickets to the Awards Luncheon for $35.00.  

Registration Fees:
* If registration numbers meet the capacity of the Summersville Conference Center, registration will close early, and no on-site registrations will be accepted.  You are encouraged to register early, as we have previously met capacity for this event.

 Infectious Disease and Immunization Summit

  • Advanced registration (until March 31, 2025); $80 per day for single day registrations (includes breakfast and lunch)
  • Bundle registration for attending both days: $140 (includes breakfast and lunch)
  • Student Rates: $40 per day (includes lunch)
  • Awards Luncheon Ticket for additional guests not registered for the Immunization Summit: $35

Substitutions/Cancellations:

If you cannot attend the 2025 Infectious Disease and Immunization Summit you can send a substitute, even at the last minute. If you must cancel entirely, your request for a refund – minus a $30 processing fee – must be made in writing no later than June 6, 2025. Refunds will be processed within two weeks of the request.

Cancellations made after June 6th are not eligible for a refund.

You will receive a confirmation email to the address provided upon receipt and processing of your registration form.
