Appalachian Health Leadership Forum Sponsorship, Advertising, and Exhibitor Opportunities

The Appalachian Health Leadership Forum will be held on May 1 & 2, 2025 at Stonewall Resort & Conference Center, Roanoke, WV.

Sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities are available for this event.

The benefits of sponsoring the Appalachian Health Leadership Forum include:

  • Exposure of your organization to the key health care decision makers in West Virginia
  • Continuation of the Forum as an affordable venue for West Virginia board, executive and public health leaders to hear from national and state content experts
  • Demonstration of your organization’s commitment to helping nonprofit leaders and local boards of health strengthen governance of their organizations
  • Demonstration of your organization’s commitment to improving the health of West Virginians and moving West Virginia off the bottom of the most unhealthy states
  • Gain insights into the innovative governance practices and critical leadership competencies that will support high impact governance in West Virginia’s local health departments, community health centers, rural hospitals, as well as other nonprofit organizations and government entities.

Sponsorship, Exhibitor and Advertising Levels

Cardinal Sponsorship Level

$10,000

Sponsorship package includes:

  • Your company name and logo on signage to be prominently displayed throughout the Forum,
  • Your company logo and level of sponsorship will be displayed on the Forum webpage with a link to your website,
  • Full page advertisement in the Forum program,
  • Your company name and logo will appear on the cover of the Forum program,
  • One (1) 36″ x 48″ static display in Forum meeting room, and
  • Five (5) complimentary full Forum registrations.

 

Black Bear Sponsorship Level

$5,000

Sponsorship package includes:

  • Your company name and logo on signage to be prominently displayed throughout the Forum during the day of your sponsorship,
  • Your company logo and level of sponsorship will be displayed on the Forum webpage with a link to your website,
  • 1/2-page advertisement in the Forum program,
  • Your company name and logo will appear in the Forum program,
  • One (1) 36″ x 48″ static display in Forum meeting room on day of your sponsorship, and
  • Three (3) complimentary full Forum registrations.

 

Session Sponsors

$2,000

Sponsorship package includes:

  • Organizations have an opportunity to sponsor one or more sessions at the Forum,
  • Your company name and logo on signage to be prominently displayed during the specified session sponsored and announced at the beginning of the session,
  • One (1) 36″ x 36″ static display during the sponsored session at the Forum,
  • 1/4-page advertisement in the Forum program, and
  • Two (2) complimentary full Forum registrations.

Maple Leaf Sponsorship Level

$1,500

Sponsorship package includes:

  • This is a sponsorship for one of the following events:
    • Break on Day One,
    • Lunch on Day One,
    • Day One Evening Reception,
    • Breakfast on Day Two,
    • Breaks on Day Two, or
    • Awards Lunch on Day Two;
  • Your company name and logo on signage to be prominently displayed during the specified sponsored event(s) at the Forum,
  • One (1) 36″ x 24″ static display during the sponsored event at the Forum, and
  • Two (2) complimentary full Forum registrations.

Exhibitor

Corporate exhibitor: $1,500
Non-profit/government exhibitor: $750

The Vendor’s Gallery is an opportunity to expound your services and products to board and executive leaders, from West Virginia’s health care organizations.

Includes:

  • Eight foot draped table/space with two chairs,
  • One Forum registration

Vendor’s Gallery space is limited and is on a first-come, first-serve basis!

Program Advertising Levels:

  • Full page outside back cover: $1,500
  • Full page inside front or back covers: $1,250
  • Full page internal: $1,000
  • Half page: $750
  • Quarter page: $500
