DESCRIPTION:2020 IMMUNIZATION SUMMIT HAS BEEN POSTPONED DUE TO THE COVID-19 OUTBREAK.  \nPLEASE CHECK BACK LATER FOR MORE INFORMATION. \n  \nIn Partnership with the ReClaim Our Kids Conference\nCharleston Coliseum & Convention Center\, Charleston\, WV\nThe Annual West Virginia Immunization Summit is an action-oriented event targeted toward public and private sector organizations with an interest in addressing and resolving immunization issues in West Virginia. Various sessions at the Summit will be targeted toward healthcare and public health professionals\, educators\, students\, business leaders\, consumers\, and others interested in reducing vaccine-preventable diseases in West Virginia. \nRegistration Fees:\nAdvance Registration (until June 4th): $60 for June 11th only (includes Awards Lunch); $40 for June 12th only; or $90 for both days (includes Awards Lunch on Day 1).\nOn-site Registration: $70 for June 11th only (includes Awards Lunch); $50 for June 12th only; or $110 for both\ndays (includes Awards Lunch on Day 1)\nStudent Rates: $30 for June 11th only (includes Awards Lunch); $20 for June 12th only; or $45 for both\ndays (includes Awards Lunch on Day 1)\nAwards Luncheon Ticket (for those not registered for the Immunization Summit and for additional guests): $25 \nClick here to register for the 2020 Immunization Summit. \nScholarships:\nA limited number of scholarships to cover 50% of the registration fee are available for those who need it at this\ntime.
