It is anticipated that 5-11 year olds will receive authorization for COVID-19 vaccination by the end of this month/early November. If your clinic, office, hospital, or practice is interested in administering COVID-19 vaccines it is important to get enrolled now.
This virtual Q&A session is open to all healthcare providers and clinic administrators who are interested in enrolling in the COVID-19 Vaccine Program. Information on how to enroll and program requirements will be provided. Additional information about new Pfizer vaccine formulations and presentations, and shelf-life and storage requirements will also be provided. There will be ample time for attendees to ask questions about enrollment in the program.

Jeff Neccuzi is the Vaccine Manager & VFC Coordinator in the Division of Immunization Services at the WV Bureau for Public Health. He was West Virginia’s first Vaccines for Children (VFC) Coordinator at its inception on October 1, 1994 and became the VFC Coordinator again in 2019 after serving 18 years as the Program Manager. Jeff manages vaccine procurement, provider ordering, VFC enrollment and provider participation. Jeff has 27 years of experience in Immunization Services.

President, West Virginia Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics
Dr. Costello is an Assistant Professor in the Department Pediatrics at West Virginia University (WVU) in Morgantown, WV and a Pediatric Hospitalist at WVU Medicine Children’s Hospital. She currently serves as the President of the West Virginia Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics, Vice-President of the West Virginia State Medical Association, Vice-Chair of WESPAC, and serves on the Board of Directors for the WV Children’s Health Insurance Program. Dr. Costello also serves as an advisor in the West Virginia Joint Interagency Task Force For COVID-19 Vaccines.
